At Thrive, we specialize in fast ASMR-compliant psychological evaluations for fertility clinics, reproductive specialists, egg and sperm donor banks, and surrogacy agencies. Our licensed, doctorate-level psychologists ensure that your intended parents, surrogates, and donors receive comprehensive, ethical, and professional psychological assessments, while your team benefits from seamless, efficient, and cost-effective evaluation process.

Thrive Psychology Group vs. Other Providers: What Sets Us Apart?

The 3 steps process for evaluations

Step 1: Send the client to us in one of two ways:

a) You email us their name, phone number, and email at admin@mythrivepsychology.com, and we’ll reach out the same day to schedule.

b) Or, You can give them this link to book directly: http://thrivepsychology.as.me/fertility-evaluation-scheduling-phone

Step 2: We book the evaluation, as soon as 24 hours of scheduling. Once booked, we’ll email your team with their appointment details to keep you updated on their progress.

Step 3: Within 24-48 hours of the completed evaluation, we’ll send an encrypted email with the report and clearance letter. If a faster turnaround is needed, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accomodate same day-delivery.

We also offer ongoing psychological support for your surrogates, intended parents, and donors.

At Thrive Psychology Group, we are proud to partner with fertility clinics and agencies who value ethical, comprehensive care. In addition to our psychological evaluations, we offer ongoing mental health support for both gestational carriers and intended parents, grounded in ASRM and SEEDS standards of care.

For Surrogates: We provide monthly supportive check-ins, as well as individual counseling throughout the surrogacy journey. These services address emotional well-being, evolving identity, communication dynamics, and postpartum adjustment. We also offer optional support for partners and family members.

For Intended Parents: We offer personalized support before, during, and after the surrogacy process—including help navigating expectations, grief and loss, family building decisions, and the transition to parenthood. Our goal is to create space for intended parents to process the complexities of third-party reproduction with expert guidance.

All services are provided by doctorate-level, ASRM-trained psychologists who are experienced in fertility psychology, trauma-informed care, and culturally sensitive support.
